Where can I buy Weckerly's Ice Cream near Philadelphia?

Weckerly's Ice Cream is available at our two Philadelphia scoop shops in Fishtown and Rittenhouse, as well as select retailers across the Greater Philadelphia area. You can find us at select Wegmans stores, Kimberton Whole Foods, Riverwards Produce, and many more places in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. WHAT ARE WECKERLY’S SCOOP SHOP HOURS?

Our Fishtown location is open Monday-Thursday 3pm-9pm and Friday-Sunday 12pm-10pm. Our Rittenhouse shop is open Sunday-Thursday 8am-10pm and Friday-Saturday 8am-11pm. Hours may vary seasonally, so check our website or call ahead to confirm current hours.

Where is Weckerly's Ice Cream made?

Weckerly's Ice Cream is made in Philadelphia at our Globe Dye Works kitchen in North Philadelphia. Globe Dye Works is a repurposed textile factory that now houses many local businesses and commercial kitchens. This is where we craft our small-batch, handcrafted ice cream and sandwiches in our micro-creamery.

What flavors does Weckerly’s have right now?

Our menu is constantly rotating, with new flavors added every week alongside classic staples and fan favorites. We feature limited-edition creations inspired by fresh fruit, herbs, and baked goods. Our live menu is always available on our website for both Fishtown and Rittenhouse shops so you can stay up to date with what's available. What is french-style ice cream?

French-style, or custard-style ice cream, is made with a rich base of cream, milk, and egg yolks that is pasteurized and churned slowly for a smooth, creamy texture. At Weckerly's, we craft and pasteurize our small-batch French-style ice cream with seasonal ingredients for an artisan experience.

Does Weckerly’s make vegan ice cream?

Yes! Weckerly's offers a rotating selection of vegan ice cream and vegan ice cream sandwiches made with a coconut cream and cocoa butter base. We feature classic vegan flavors alongside our seasonal, rotating specialties. We are exploring more vegan ice cream sandwich options, and some are available now at both Fishtown and Rittenhouse shops with more coming soon. We also offer sorbet as an alternative vegan option.

Does Weckerly’s make sorbet?

Yes! We make seasonal fruit sorbets using fresh, local ingredients when available. Our sorbets are naturally dairy-free, offering a refreshing alternative to our French-style ice cream with the same attention to quality and flavor.
